Thank You Page
Here, we are going to give our Prospect access to their download that we promised them.
Another option is to tell them that they will get another email within the next few minutes that contains a link to their download. By using the email option, it helps to condition your Prospects to click on your links in your emails. Your built-in email program tracks all of the clicks in your newsletter that the Prospect clicks on. This also helps you to Pinpoint your Hot Leads.
As a side-note, so does the integrated CRM program. Your custom Real Estate Website comes with a free, light-use account from the preferred CRM Vendor. When you exceed your quota, you have the option to upgrade to their $49 account. When you see how much the CRM does for your business, upgrading will be a no-brainer. I’ve checked this option out extensively.
Have them Register and create their Custom MLS Search while they wait for the next email. We will provide a link on your “Thank You” page reminding and urging them to save their time looking all over the place, and calling other Agents, by signing up for their Daily Matching Property Email Updates of new properties to the market.
You can tell them that by setting up their custom search that they will only receive property updates that mach their exact search criteria. This is a “Benefit” to them by saving them time.
You could even redirect them to a Video that tells them how to use your website to get the best use from it. We are trying to interact with the Prospect here as much as possible. This reintroduces “You” the Human Element back into the equation. Now, all of a sudden you’ve differentiated yourself from all of the rest of the cold non-personal Agent websites out there!
With the CRM, you can see when people land on your website. You or Your Assistant may initiate a “Chat” with them to move them further along in the info gathering process, or you can get notified when they perform a particular “Action”. For example, they visit a particular page on your website.
Build up more value. Build yourself up a little here. (Make sure to tell them to read Your Freebie/Offer).
